Refund policy

Thank you for supporting Paradrop Leather. Each item is carefully made with attention to quality and craftsmanship.

We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at steve@paradropleather.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Because custom and personalized leather goods are made specifically for each customer, these items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

Examples include:

- Monograms or initials

- Custom engravings (Patterns)

- Special color selections made specifically for the customer

- Made-to-order products created to customer specifications

If your order is being delivered to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

Returned goods should be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Customers may be responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Custom or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
